Kyle Kijowski - Loan OfficerWow, 2014 was a crazy year. I just got married to my beautiful wife Katy. It was the most amazing wedding I could have asked for. We had the reception at the Peabody Opera House. Brian McGovern (Best Man and fellow Loan Officer) gave an awesome speech and even gave me a shotgun as a best man gift, really confusing the guests that thought that meant it was a shotgun wedding. Then we spent 2 weeks in Costa Rica on an incredible honeymoon, and now we’re ready for the next step.

Katy and I are looking to buy a house. We have been scouring the Webster Groves and Kirkwood areas, trying to find the perfect place to settle into. While we may not agree on the amount of rooms (she’s thinking bigger than I am) we do know one thing, when we find the right home, I know a great place to get a loan.

I also have a few personal goals. I want to get into an old man hockey league this year. I played hockey my whole life, and I just haven’t had the time for it the last few years. I can’t wait to get back on the ice.

I also have a few goals here at the office. One of the best ways reach my office goals is to really dig down and see what I can do to best serve my clients. We do so many different types of loans here but in 2014, we saw so many people doing cash out loans. I expect that to continue. These borrowers were using the equity in their homes to get cash to pay off credit cards/student loans, make updates around the house, etc. This isn’t a home equity line of credit, it’s money in your pocket to help pay off your higher interest loans. As someone who just had a gigantic wedding, this is something I know a thing or two about.

So call us today at (314) 781-9700 in St. Louis and visit to apply online for a home loan. If your interest rate isn’t in the 3’s, we can help.
