Calculating How To Pay For A Refinance Loan

Everyone has their own reasons to refinance their home.  It’s a personal choice that depends on a lot of factors in your life.  Not everyone qualifies, and some people don’t want to put themselves through that.  Some people think that they have a great rate when they’re really paying a much higher rate than they should be.  With rates this low, everyone should be looking at their mortgage statement and making a move to try to save some money on their loan.  Here are reasons to call The Home Loan Expert today and refinance your home.

Pay less money.  When you lower your interest rate, you’re going to lower your payments.  You’re reducing your debt.  You’re putting money in your pocket.  Refinancing can change every part of your life.  If you wait on this opportunity, you could miss out on the opportunity of a lifetime.  Remember, interest rates 10 years ago were double what they are right now, and they can be again.

Pop the balloon.  If you, like thousands of other homeowners, bought a home with a balloon payment, this is your way out.  Don’t wait until a giant check is due and panic.  Get out from under a gigantic one-time payment and into a sensible fixed-rate mortgage.

Ditch the PMI.  FHA Loans are great, and one of the main loan packages we sell.  However, they come with a price: PMI, or Private Mortgage Insurance.  This is insurance for the bank that you pay every month so that they will guarantee your loan with a smaller down payment.  It doesn’t count against your principal or interest.  After you have 20% equity into your home, you can refinance to a conventional loan and stop paying PMI.

Cash Out Refinance.  A cash out refinance is a different way to use the equity in your home.  You can refinance your home and take the equity out to use as you see fit.  A cash out refinance can be used to pay off credit cards, buy a car, pay for a wedding or college, go on a vacation, or anything you want.  Since it’s at a lower rate than most loans, you’re going to save money borrowing that way.
