Homers For Health and K’s for Kids

Last night I was able to attend an awesome event for Homers For Health and K’s For Kids at Ballpark Village. It was the Homers For Health Game Show, where current and former Cardinals players played games and held raffles to raise money for SSM Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital. We had a blast! There were auctions, raffles, photo booths, “man sodas”, a ton of games and we got to hang out with the players and old pals like 920 InsideSTL‘s The Morning After host Jimmy “The Cat” Hayes and 105.7 The Point’s Lux. It was a great event, and we had a blast.

Homers for Health and K’s for Kids are an raising a ton of money with SSM Cardinal Glennon Hospital. It’s a pledge program that pays out for every home run and strikeout to help injured and sick children at Cardinal Glennon Hospital. With Matt Holiday and Adam Wainwright as the co-chairs for the event, you can be sure that it will be a huge fund-raiser. The program has already raised $1.7 million for children since 2012, benefiting the Cardinal Glennon medical center.

Donate to Homers For Health and K’s for Kids to help SSM Cardinal Glennon make sick and injured children better. There just isn’t a better cause than children.
